Hi All
I just flashed my MS28 with the 5.2c firmware with the help of a VIA 6421a Sata card. IT works like a charm (tx agian to everybody who helped with info)
Now for my next prob...
I got the active image form the site (tx agian) wrote with imgburn on a varbatim dvd+r (single layer 4.5 GIG) disc. According to some of the forms they mention you should use a duel layer disc while oters say you could use a single layer...
I did follow the steps of the textbook.pdf. Booting the disc with the eject button on the xbox360, waiting 10-20 sec then removing the disc (also tried keeping the tray open) and booting into windows
I even tried the hot sata swop mentioned on a couple of other forms still the same prob...
Ok it gives me the windows screen, looks like it froze, left it for a minute or two, it did boot into windows, but no drive...
Even Xbox Backup creator doesnt pickup the drive...
So what am i doing wrong???
Should I buy n Kreon Drive???
Or is there another way of using 0800 disc or getting it to work (how could i test to c if the disc is working???)
Isnt there another easier way to backup the xbox titles???
