Has anyone try to flash their xbox 360 with mtkwinflash instead of using the dos version?

Is there a mtkwinflash? Does is support sata or just ide? The mtkflash we are using had to be modified to support different controllers.

Yes, it is only IDE. However, it was ported by an individual user, not MediaTek, so i wonder if we could get the source....

yea i take it this is for the samsung drives as hitachi's are windows based. i havent looked much at flashing the samsungs as im still waiting for my torx set and sata card. dont want to confuse myself
