Mulitiple Dashboards

I cannot seem to get 2 dashboards for my X3ce on 1.6 box. I have the banks on off on off off, and this brings up ava or the X3 screen. when i try the on on off off setting, i get nothing but a blank screen and i cannot FTP into it. Could use some help, do i have the right banks, what do i do? Appreciate all help.

ok, that post was confusing to me. what are you trying to do?
if you want 2 dashboards like avalaunch and EvoX. install them both then from x3cl you just have to change wich one you want to boot.

sorry, i was doing that in a hurry, had to go get a chicken off George Foreman grill. Yeh, i wanna run Ava and UnleashX, i thought i could get Unleash X on a diff bank, so that i could switch dashboards by switching the banks on the switch, like off on off off for Ava and on on off off for UnleashX. Is this not possible? What is the point of the diff. banks then?

The different banks allow you to run different BIOS'es not different dashboards.

To use the dip switches to switch dashboards you could flash 1959 to 1234 and also flash 1959 to 5678 and configure each to launch either ava or unleash. But then why not just use the quicklaunch feature.

Yeh, i was trying to flash 1959 to on on off off, but i couldt FTP into it, there is no connection, which is weird. off on off off works greats though. Ill try to quicklaunch feature if i cant get it figured out. Also, is my xbox the only one that FRAGs when on off off off is selected? Scared the hell out of me, i disconnected everything and even desolderized before i realized that it was the switch causing the problem. is something messed up?

could be the switch. (do some searching)

to set what dashboard you want to boot to there is an option in X3 config Live, i cant remember where exacly

yeh, i found it, now if i want UnleashX i just hold the trigger on startup. Thanks for all the help
Do u think i should return the switch to systemmods.com for fragging, or is that my fault somehow?

you can buy new ones for 4 bucks

I was using the pro-switch, $20 a pop. Sorry for not clarifying.

or u could put in an old bios like x2 4981 and edit with xbtool so that one bios flashed on a bank would boot dash "A" first and then next edited bios on a seperate bank would boot dash "B"
