Okay so far I am using 2 external hdd's with my RGH for movies and my backups. I am looking to eliminate all the wires hanging off my console. I am thinking about getting this

and installing my hdds into it. My question is after installing them in it and plugging it into the console would the console still pick it up? I know it is a random question but I am hoping someone has had the same idea and found a way to make it work.
