Multiple xbox's FRAGing after 1-3 days of use......

I have spent too many hours trying to resolve this problem on my own, and through searching these forums. So now I come to all of you for help.
I have 5 xbox's(1 1.0, 3 1.6's, and 1 1.6b) that are all doing the same thing. All of these mods went perfect with no problems from the start. Then after 1-3 days all of them died during play and began to flash yellow.
Then when you would power it off and then on it would turn on, shut off, FRAG. I have modded nearly 30 xbox's and with exception of these have never had any problems with them. They are all flashed with the 1957 release except for one which in an attemp to fix it I flashed the EvoX M8 on it with the same problem. I have checked all of the solder points on the box's and the look fine and scope fine with my multimeter. I am at my wits end, and my once awsome idea for x-Mas presents has gone horibbly wrong. Any help would be appreciated and I would like to say that I have tried several things from other posts with the same results.

Thanks again in advance.

What size/type HDs are you throwing into these 5 boxes?

After the frag, when you turn the box off and reboot, does it act normal again?

I originally tried the x3 Bios, 1959 and 1957.
HDD's are all original. Everything is the same as all of the others I've done. Just don't know where to go. I'm going to take a known good chip that is working and try it on one or more of the boxes for testing.

just check everything. did you change the solder you were using or the soldering iron you were using? because to me it sounds like a popped joint (solder had air pockets in it and too much electricity just makes it kaboombaboom). it is also possible that you have to try the "Refresh" method where you unplug the xbox then you press the power button, then you plug it into a different outlet and power it on. then try moving it back to the old outlet (if you want) I don't know why this works or how it works but if done it time and time again and every single time..... it works.
