This xbox has brown eject wires, I performed the LPC Rebuild - not an easy task but went very well - good neat solder joints.
The Samsung chips have the following info Samsung 434, k40263238f-qc50
Mod chip ON - Flash protect OFF - Bank 2
Booted first time, flashed with M8_16.bin,
It seems to be OK so far, but I will post anyother findings.
The main reason for the post is to ask if there is another bios I can use as I hate that horrid pink Evo_X logo!
UPDATE
I have just found out that my box is a 1.6 not a 1.6b, this is because flashbios 2.6.0 worked.
