My 360_Multi_Builder_v0.4 not working on XP

hi there by following the intruction from team xecuter, I stucked on using 360_Multi_Builder_v0.4 make .ecc file, after opeing muti buider by double click on run.exe, I select the mode of the motherboard, then press entre to continue, it finally end up with closing the command window!!
I shift the work to my window7 by copy and paste 360 multi builder file, it went soomth, but after completely finishi the work, I found I can not turn on the console, the green light will not light up.
By search between thread, I thought maybe thats the one caused fail.

so in your saying, even I use different pc to make ece file, It will make no difference as along as I got successful NANDDUMP.BIN right?

I havent checked my sodering yet, but I still cant skip the trouble I got on the stage.

Dump NAND, Write NAND, Program coolrunner, Update NAND-X , all have no problem, cuz I strickly follow the instruction and have no difference with showing pics in tutorial.
