My CD-ROM driver is not reading nothing!!1

hi, my xbox360 is not reading any type of cds ( xboxgames, dvds, etc )

its not MODDED


is there anything u guys can help me with !!! i really need it asap

btw ive got it open right now waiting for some response

i put a xbox360 game , and directly the "open tray " message appears


P.S: music cds are working
