my cool runner wont want to program i go to jtag tool and i select what mobo i have i press glitch board and it keeps telling me failed???

At any time has someone connected the cable from the NAND-x to the coolrunner the wrong way round? Best be honest here too as you could save someone a LOT of trouble!
