My CoolRunner and JR-Programmer cannot be found in CMD

When i try to program my CoolRunner Rev C after ive installed the drivers and copy past the command and open cmd in the right folder, it cannot find the device please help!

Ive tried using jrunner but the RGH 2.0 options are all dimmed out and wont let choose them (Im trying to RGH 2.0 my current dash Xbox 360 Falcon)

Nvm I restarted my computer and I accendently programmed it for RGH Falcon when I need an RGH 2.0 so do I just program it again or do I have to delete the program already on it?
