Well done mate, get's easier the more soldering you do, I've been practising like a fiend! :D

You do know you'll have to replace the one in the second picture if you're going to do the RGH glitch don't you?

If you're JTAGing the box then it's all good.

Good effort! It is a definitely satisfying feeling once you complete it, especially for your first time.

In that case, why don't you get hold of some desoldering braid and practice removing them! Another handy skill if you don't install your actual console ones perfectly!

Out of curiosity, what wattage soldering iron did you use, type of solder, flux etc, might be helpful for others if you put that info up as well.

Thanks that's a great advice and I do have desolder braid so I'll practice removing them.....:cool2:

As far as the equipment I used I just followed this http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54729 to the letter. You can't go wrong with Uber's guides and recommendations, since I'm in the US I went to radio shack and get everything by product number.

Also this video http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=74166 helped me a great deal.

Just take your time and use plenty of flux.

Good luck! :D
