I would just like to share some of my test results for those who care :biggrin:. I used all eeprom settings were enabled. Smart burn: yes Force Hyper Tuning : yes Over speed writing: yes Online Hyper Tuning: yes. I also cleared OPC history before every burn. 4x burn speed. My PC is a eMachines ET1831 Intel Celeron 450 2.20 GHz 3.00 GB of memory on a 64 bit operating system Windows 7 version 6.1.7601 service pack 1 7601 Bios version AMI-PO1-A1, 9/14/2009. I used this method for both of the recommended Verbatim disk. Also the dvd drive is hooked up directly to my PC sata ports. I just got a usb pro and was going to do some more testing this weekend.
