RGH my jasper 512mb looks like dead

hello everybody i need your help please.
after i wrote the nandflash i turn on my box it reply with 3 red lights on the power button after this i try again turn on and the green light on the cr Flickered 3 times looks like it try to run the cr,and after this i saw the original dashbored on my tv..
after 4 times that i do the same procedure with Similar resaults i went to sleep and on the morning the box isnt turn on..like a dead..and when i try to write to nand the original one the cmd write no device found.
i dosconnected all cr wires..and still nothing.
what can be the problem?...
oh In addition my point b is strange on the pcb came with orange spot and not silver..the orange spot is Conductive?..maybe this is the problem?
and i Must specify that all procces was past smooth.

check your stby_clk point.check it for damage. or bad soldering.

i came out the wires..mm the b point looks worn(from the beggining he comes with orange pic) and the pll_bypass after came out it create a hole(Difficult situation)
i wiil upload some pictures in a faw minutes.

If you did that to it when removing the CR, then you'll probably want to send it to someone to fix it for you....

both pads are gone you will need to use alt points for these now and the nand flash is probably bad to boot....not good mate - I would send it and all dumps you have to someone for fixing

If you're comfortable with your soldering skills, give the alt points a try. Just know that if you mess up the alt points, you'll have a brick.

Edit: I take that back... if it doesn't boot now, you already broke something that the alt points won't fix. The pic's you posted aren't clear enough for anyone to be able to tell you what that might be. Maybe try taking them again with more light???

dude you already messed up two out of the 4 major points and now your gunna try the alt points? you need to send it to someone because the alt points will be 2x harder for you

then you shuold be care , after doing anything update your information about materials and soldering skill and take read . cause if you cant handle that , it's just making worst and worst

Don't even attempt the alt points yet. Get your xbox booting first without the chip installed.

If it doesn't boot w/o chip, it will not boot with the chip.

thats what i'm thinking also..i removed the cr chip and still not turn on its strange...i remmemberd that yesterday without 3 wires it booting up but it shows me the original dash(also strange you don't think so?),i mean how it booting at normal if i wrote on the nand? its normal?
however you think maybe some resistor was gone?
oh something else..i turn on without the cd rom connect to the box its ok yeah?
