thats what i'm thinking also..i removed the cr chip and still not turn on its strange...i remmemberd that yesterday without 3 wires it booting up but it shows me the original dash(also strange you don't think so?),i mean how it booting at normal if i wrote on the nand? its normal?
however you think maybe some resistor was gone?
oh something else..i turn on without the cd rom connect to the box its ok yeah?

With CR installed and glitching properly, it will boot the retail dash until you install FSD or something else.

Odds are you've got a resistor missing somewhere, you've burnt something near the two points you've shown, or something is still bridged. It's hard to tell from the pictures you've posted.

you got 2 points damaged,so until you repair them it wont boot.even with or without the cr.

Did you scrape the trace from STBY_CLK?
I'd check continuity between the pad side of the resistor R4B24 and FT2R2 on the opposite side of the board

can you direct me where to find the gone resistor? i have the correct tool.
its like a jungle this pcb.

I don't necessarily see a missing resistor. I just wanted you to check that you didn't damage the stby_clk trace. So check between the resisor labled R4B24 (next to the pad you damaged on the top of the board) and FT2R2 (on the bottom of the board, look at the RGH alternate points thread)

Correct, and that needs to be repaired before even attempting to reinstall the chip.

i checked between the two points and no Continuity.
but its Expected no?..because the R4B24 is damage.
and Following this i can use the alt point no?
i mean the post with the alt points Is intended for those cases.

sry for poping that post but the box works fine right now ... as i turn it on i can see the original screen ( Xbox360 etc... ) , im sure in 99% that i'm supposed to see black screen with "xell reloaded" on it...


checked my soldering few times... fixed the issued once but still nothing any advices..?

i doubled check pll_bypass though i'm not sure about it in 100% can u tell me his part in this system and what could happend if i did the soldering wrong with it...

press eject to power it on,and not the power button,xell should load then..

lol thx that made a diffrent but i still got issue , looks like its searching for something ( similar to the stage of taking out the cpu key,,, )

It'll keep searching for connected devices anyway don' worry about it all you need is your cpu key and you may as well take a note of the dvd key as well. Get the CPU key and reflash nand with a glitch image you'll be good to go.
