make your image with 360_Multi_Builder_v0.7.

pop the nandflash bin and xenon.elf onto the root of a usb pen drive.

pop it into the usb port on your 360.power it on with the eject button,and let it do it's magic.

If you've got your cpu key you are ready for the next stage. Xell is looking for connected localdevices it's normal on the boxes I've done. Black and white xell screen is ok you can continue the process just keep your original nand safe and untoouched for future.

After writing glitch image you will get black Xell screen. Thats normal... If you connect ethernet cable to your box, you wont get DHCP with many dots

ok guys first of all i want to apricate all of ur help u help me alot in this proccess though i got some noobie question .. hehe ..
now i got another case : i ran the xbox with the usb stick got all block's transfered perfectly so i saw on the black screen note says shutdown so i did , i checked with the instructions and waited 30 seconds - turned it again and nothing happens same dash board .. ( if i push the eject key i can see the old black screen that's searching for dhcp... and then search's for some file ( the screen i used to run the usb stick ...

* the box runs with same dash board
* cool runner chip stays red after box runs ..
* and yes i'm kind of lifeless if i'm doing that before new year..
