My modded xbox - Different!

Yeah good idea man, I'm gonna make a wooden frame and wrap it with mesh for covering up the psu in my millennium falcon xbox that I'm making. (The frame will have a wooden base that the psu is screwed to, the psu wont touch the mesh.)

I love a challenge, especially a modding challenge, reminds me of when I fitted an official gba-sp screen in my gba.

I'm gonna sell the Millennium Falcon XBOX on ebay when it's done. Not sure how much to start it at though, I'm thinking £390, less than half what the others were started at on ebay by seller "jacktheripper".

It has a Samsung DVD drive too.

I assume you're planning with the chip fitted, not flashed, correct? All the auctions I have seen with illegal BIOS already flashed have been canceled. Might want to be careful there! Good luck!

Ebay don't allow you to sell modchips fullstop, so what I think I'll do is advertise it as without a chip, saying, If you want extras adding, contact me.

Got started at this extreme mod yesterday, constantly finding better ways of doing things, the way I'm doing it, I think it will have cooler temps than a standard XBOX.

I have updated the xbox now, it has plexi sides and a red neon fan under the jewel. I think it is turning out quite nicely..

Nice, certainly different. When are you gonna put the mesh on the right side? Maybe you want to paint the mesh/ I painted some successfully with black indian ink.

My Millennium Falcon is coming on well, I have extended all the controller ports and the front panel, I have done a fantastic job of the case cutting. Got to give it a rest for a while though while I do some other XBOX's and I also have a load of customers wanting 2.3B Lite chips fitting. I have always wanted to do installations and a big modding project like the MF, but what a busy time I'm having.

nice, it sounds like it is coming along nicely, i am gonna get some mesh to put over the plastic or under it or with no plastic at all (i haven't decided yet). but i dont really know where to look, i am gonna look hard tomorrow and hopefully find some. I will prob end up spraying the mesh black but i was thinking of red or green to go with the LEDs annd the fan.

i got it off ebay, It is just an 80mm fan grill in the shape of a skull.

BTW: by 'sick' do you mean good or bad, i am probably going to end up selling it..
