Xbox 1.6b
X3CE w/ X3CP
120GB Seagate HDD w/ fan
Hello
I purchased a premoded X3CE and a X3CP on a 1.6b xbox...I get the green/red/blue/blue lights on the chip and I get the enabled (blue) light on the external display it boots to flash bios v.3.03 when set to, protect disabled, 1up 2down, 3up, and 4up also will boot to normal xbox mode with protect enabled.
I have read and looked for similar problems and have tried using their remedies but none seemed to work for me.
This is knowledgebase from the retailer which is modchipman in case I can do them any favors..

QUESTION
------------------------------------------------------
I just received my premoded xbox and when I turned it on all I got was a blinking orange eject button, as the xbox tried to power on 3 times, then failed. PLEASE tell me what is wrong and if I can somehow fix this.
ANSWER
------------------------------------------------------
This might be a loose chip (occurs during shipping sometimes). We do header pin installs, in which the pin apparatus is soldered onto the chip and then the chip rests firmly on TOP of the pin header. On occasion, during shipments, the chip might become a bit loose and lose connection from the pin header.
The remedy is simple, open up your xbox with the torx 10/15/20 screw set (easily obtained from any local shop). Unscrew the xbox, pull off the DVD/hard drive, and just PUSH down the chip gently, to make sure it is fully pushed down onto the HEADER PIN. Be careful to not pull any wires off the chip or to pull the chip off the pin header, causing wires to become loose. ALL you need to do is push the chip down firmly onto the pin header, and then proceed to put everything back into
the xbox.
This should remedy most problems that people receive with the orange blinking upon receiving the chip.
Sounds great, but it isn't the problem, get this, if I wait a 15 minutes or so it boots fine for about 10-20 seconds then it's back to the orange blinking and dying out all over again.

PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE
THANK YOU (wow up all night)
Also got this code but I switched AV cables and besides it does boot so I am at a lose.
Eject button warning colors:
Orange-green means no AV pack.
Solid red, overheated.
Flashing red, corrupt EPROM.
Flashing green, bad bios load.
Flashing red-orange, bad video output
Flashing red-green, system failure (can be a lot of things)
Not sure this is right I ran into a few of these and none were the same.
