my profile is gone!?

got an e68 error (hdd=dead)
so i got a new hdd (official 20gb sammy)
used xecuter hdd transfer kit and moved the profile from 120gb hdd used in non jtag console.
all profiles show up except one (the one i use and want)

but if i put the 120gb in the jtag i find the profile no prob.

i want the profile on both hdd's since it's got my 19k GS..

Get a flash drive and make an Xbox360 data partition on it. Then copy the profile from the 120GB HDD onto the flash drive. Connect the flash drive to your Jtagged Xbox360 and copy the profile from the flash drive onto its HDD. Simple...

tried, ended up with the profile only on the 20gb.. it was moved not copied...

edit: you did mean use the transfer content solution right?

Let me tell you a trick.

Since the profile is currently present on Jtagged Xbox360....Once you make the Xbox360 data partition on the flash drive and move the profile onto it, connect it your PC, and copy the Xbox360 data files(hidden) to your PC. Then connect the flash drive to the Xbox360 with 120GB HDD, and move the profile onto it. Now connect back the flash drive to your PC, and overwrite the Xbox360 data on the flash drive with what you copied earlier. Now connect the flash drive to the Jtagged Xbox360 and move the profile to the HDD...And Voila...You have the profile on both the HDDs.

yeah i thought about that but how can i copy the xbox360 data files to the pc? i cant find them.. tried xport and xplorer360, niether could find the files, i found them in xexmenu 1.1 but i'm clueless how to back them up to the PC. i totaly understand what you mean, i actually thought about it but as stated i could not find the files too backup.. i am starting too feel very noonish since i jtaged my 360...

Like I said, the Xbox360 data is present as hidden files. So you'll have to make your PC show hidden files. Otherwise, you won't be able to see the files, and therefore will not be able to copy them.

Or if you still can't find the files on your PC, then simply copy the Xbox360 data files on the flash drive to your Jtagged Xbox360's HDD temporarily using XeXMenu or FSD2....and then....you know the rest.......

sorry i forgot, i just formatet my pc, so my settings where not default, whitch is show hidden files and folders... i found them.
