RGH My RGH resets forever

So pretty much it doesnt boot dash or xell, and a green light on the coolrunner blinks every 6 seconds. ive looked inside and its not great work but it worked before and it just kinda died on my any help or suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks. Ans its a jasper 512

I should be able to tell you more once you provide images but have you added a 68nF cap across GND and CPU_PLL_BYPASS (or bridged the pads on a CoolRunner Rev B)?

Get a pic of the cap on top (hidden by your 5V red wire) that you can bridge for phats.

why so much glue?? if theres an issue your gonna have a lot of fun removing the glue.

Need close up pictures of the actual points soldered to, although with all that glue its going to be difficult to see them very well.
