My switch does not turn on

Hello I am new in this process bought my Xecuter SX Pro - SD Card on May 15 and I tried to do the xecuter process in my Switch , I follow every step but after 2 reboot my Swutch does no tourn on any more. What can I do??

Did you make sure your switch was hackable first? By checking serial code?
