LITEON DG-16D2S My Xbox 360 DVD drive fried

Hello, I fried my dvd drive, I connected inverted.
So, I need some help to fix itI've been looking at the forum and seen some solutions with soldering iron.
Any suggestion?

if I remember correctly, it involves replacing a burnt out mosfet on the board. Honestly, it is easier to replace the board with a new one with the proper key flashed to it.
