i have jasper 512 nand memory .... and when flashed it . it become very slow in booting , and when dashboard loading .. xbox logo when opening it very slow .. and appears msg (crash fatal erorr )
i find you can actually seperate the wires into different holes around the sb and route them away from each other and the coils. this issue is usually the blue or green too close to the coils on top of the board
i did not take any photo's of mine but my yellow wire is close to the outer edge of the xclamps with a small coil to take up the excess, similar to how the green is in the photo in post 4 but on the rear side of the xclamps. the green wire is routed under the xclamps near thier centre's to its point and the blue is routed like the green in the photo in post 4.
I've done a jasper 16mb on Friday. Boots instant all the time. Not running a cap, but running all my wires on the bottom. No qsb straight wires. Am running the green wire around my x clamps
i used capacitors. and it didn't boot ... nw i used new capacitors and boot well ... w the xbox was slow cuz the power cable for drive was beside coolrunner when i took it away coolrunner . xbox works perfectly
Fatal crash intercepted sounds like freestyle dash problem. As frazzled said try removing it.
Are you booting straight to freestyle dash using dash launch? I have found that mine hang on the xbox logo for 10 - 15 seconds but then loads up ok, i think dash launch takes it time to give you chance to use the quick button function
Excellent - just to explain why there are so many issues with cable placement, the CPU_PLL_BYPASS and CPU_RST wires can pick up electrical interference, which will cause the CPU to 'stutter', altering clock speeds etc. So it's no surprise when the console crashes if the wires are too close to other power sources.
Done ..... i used capacitors before , but it didn't boot . nw used another one . and it boot perfectly .... the reason for slow , the drive power cable . when i put it beside coolrunner ,xbox was very slow and lagg . when took it away . it works perfectly
Thanks guys and am sorry for my bad English
