I have Surreal 64 up and running with 4 roms, Super Mario 64, Goldeneye, Super Smash Bros, and Perfect Dark. I want to add Zelda 64 Oot and MM to that list but I can't find any sites that let me download them for free. If anybody has those roms and wants some of mine or is just in a generous mood, tell me and I will PM you my email address. Thanks in advance.

gamfreak: use a P2P program to find roms, search for "n64 roms"

desolate_one: "get them to work"? What do you mean?

Surreal64:
- Roms in \Roms\
- Formats: .v64, .z64, .rom

You'll have to create the roms folder inside of the Surreal 64 app folder

ive only got goldeneye, mario kart and starfox but if u wanna trade for star fox thats cool id like a working super smash bros rom, i cant get mine to recognize

FYI, talking about games you don't own is illegal, I'd jsut come out and say you own the actual games but need the rom from someone else who has the game which is what I and everyone else is assuming you mean. Have a good one!

Hey,
every time you add a game to the ROM folder you have to refresh the list in surreal. I think it's the bottom right button.
If that still doesn't work do a search for GOODTOOLS.

I'm glad your feeling generous with your 4 roms. I have every SN64 game ever made, over 750 of them. And of course I own them all ;)
As luck would have it I'm feeling generous too:

Depending on what version of Surreal you have, there should be a surreal.ini file? The ini file that you put onto your HD with the emulator, i.e. e:\eumlators, gets copied to a folder within either tdata, or udata on e:\. In one of these folders will be a folder (totally unique to the rest) that contains '64' in it's name (i.e. abc64xyz). Something like that!!

If you look in there, you'll hopefully find the actual ini file that Surreal uses when it loads. Change the rom/media locations in here. Forget about the ini file where your emulator xbe is - it's redundant.

Hope this helps you dude.

Actually, what Silentdarkfalcon was saying is true. So, insted of acting like a complete rookie bitch and becoming the forum douche bag, just shut up.
