GENERAL Nand broken on Slim

Hi, earlier this year my cousin was trying to rgh his Xbox 360 slim (trinity). He accidently spilt solder on some nand legs, then furiously tried to get it off, is there any way to fix this damage? At the moment it won't power on.

Also, would it work if I used a Cygnos V2 Rev E and used that nand instead?

Dunno if i am totally off here, but if the nand never was dumped, it would needed to be refitted in a reader to needed dump. That is if it was not totally melted inside (does not look to be in very good shape tbh) and that all legs can be connected to said reader.

Then the pcb, that looks like sh*t. Those scratches can have cut traces inside the board and the traces that connect to the nand legs looks like they are burnt away completely on some places.

*I* would not put the time in to fix it unless i had an ir station and a 100% good dump and sending it in is not an option in my mind considering what you can get a secondhand 360 for...

Sadly, my cousin did not dump the nand. But do you know if using a cygnos v2 rev e would work as it has it's own nand?

It doesn't mention xbox repairs, what was your problem when they helped you?

It was an old laptop, but they do console repair. It seems the link is down for the console repair part. The big main banner on the sites home page clearly states console repair. It's a standard component so they'll be able to repair it. Just give them a call Monday mate, they're in Pompey

Checked your link, but for PCB repairs it says ask for quote. So how much would it cost?
