NAND DUMP For ****(Can't find tools)

Hello Everyone,
Firstly I want to apologize for my bad English.
I own a Xbox 360 Slim 250 With 16D5S drive(It has to be Corona v1 or Corona v3).
I know that I can use a 4GB NAND R/W kit if I own a Corona v2 or v4.
The problem is as you know I have a 16MB NAND.
Can you suggest me a tool or method to extract dummy.bin
And I heard something like you need cpu and dvd key,but you can't get dummy.bin from Corona models.Is this true?
So which files do I have to transfer to sd of x--k3y?(This question is more important than other one)
Also If I get a Nand-x RGH Edition or CR3 DGX QSB,do I have to unsolder them after getting the key?

You will need to temporarily RGH to get the keys. Probably the best place to start for you to get an idea of what your going to need to do:

Only on liteon 16d4s and below.

Just because the drive is a 16D5S it does not mean it has a Corona board, you can get Trinities with them, you need to look at the board to confirm exactly what you have. But no matter which you have you will need to RGH the board to get the required information.
