Oh well. Should I remove Xell and load the original NAND dump or something before taking it back for the repair?? And, how would I go about that?? Thanks all for the help!
Yes, you should. And remove everything else you installed as well. But yeah, if i repaired it, i wouldn't take it back after you tried to jtag it.

I put everything back together, turned on the console, and let the fan run for 10 minutes with the 3 lights flashing. Turned it off and back on, and video is ouputting again with no errors.....

You can try again but there's a big chance the RROD comes back again even before you complete your JTAG. If you're up for it, try and finish it any how.

your jumper is too long. This sometimes causes random error. You might not think the length of the jumper matter but it does.

Yea I'm thinking I may just cut my losses and be happy with a successful flashing of my drive. Would have enjoyed a JTAG, but think it may just be too much hassle - really don't want to have to worry about a permanent RROD. May be inevitable anyways.

Damn, I'm getting a 0102
if you write the stock nand back to the console and this still persists then the gpu needs to be reflowed, thie just happened out of coincident but your solder looks clean on both jtag and nand x side the jumper is fine

It gave me the same error a few times after writing the stock nand back to the console. After the box was back together and the fan was left running for 10 minutes however, the error went away. Is it worth taking apart and trying again? Is there any reason why a console would be less likely to RROD after a JTAG?
