Hey I'm going to rjtag a big block jasper but my question is when I read the nand it gives me the option to full dump it. Is that a must do thing or not and what does it do?

In your Nand
no its optional, i would personally just do one full nand dump and rest as normal just for backup purposes. I havent done BB jasper in long time but you only need 64mb dump if i recall which is the normal dump.

The full dump is good if you have data saved internally, as it also dumps the onboardMU, which may or may not be corrupted if you over write the stock system. I have never had a case where this has happened. and on my BB/Demon jasper, all I keep stored in the MU is my xbox live profile. Before I installed the demon, I never had an issue with the data when performing updates, which at the time was done by flashing a new image. Now with the new XEbuild, that is no longer nesscesary.

You only need a full dump if you want to save internal MU data.

XeBuild will attempt to retain any MU data you have saved when you build your hacked image, so you don't need to worry about it.

A 64MB dump contains the kernel and KV/SMC/SMC Config which is all you need to build a new image.
