Make sure you unplug the NAND-x between retries.

It doesn't matter what data is on the NAND, nandpro doesn't actually care to that level. As long as you can read/write consistently. Therefore either your NAND-x is playing up or your soldering is at fault.

Why the hell would he want an LPT cable if he's dumping via USB?

Confusion here. Please explain!
Yes his dumping with nand-x and pin headers. I suggested that he try soldering wire directly to board. He could do that with a LPT cable without having to cut of nand-x wire connectors.

Of course if he has another USB nand reader that would be better. I personally use a NAND FLASHER with a home-made connector and always solder wires directly.

So you flashed someone else's NAND to your console?

The issue is you've corrupted your SMC. You need to erase the first block but you will need to do it via the bad flash method.

Black=Ground. Any ground point will do TBH.

once soldered, run nandpro usb: -e16 0 1

remove and reinsert PSU. It should now be able to be read and written to.

Yep, looks good!

remove the extra voltage and put back the PSU.

You should be able to read/write.

Start from the top - what DO you have of this console which is good?

Sorry, missed that your FlashConfig is wrong.

Check your pinheaders again. Disconnect your 5v bad flash addon for now as that's not the problem.
okay, i'll solder the wires directly and bost back asap.
