ok guys i don't know about you but the flashmagic tool doesn't work for me at all... needless to say i've found a download link to the LPC2000 Flash ISP Utility 2.2.3 which is NOT located at the chip maker's webiste as it was replaced by FlashMagic. give it a try it might work for you better.
