ANSWERED Nand-X/Coolrunner Pin Header Cable Set

Hi, I've just bought the Nand-X/Coolrunner Pin Header Cable set to rgh my slim with the minimum amount of soldering as my soldering skills suck.
I've looked everywhere for some advice or tut but can't find anything. I know it can't be to complicated but when you've never done something before it's best to get some ones advice.
Can anyone just clarify for me the position of the two pin headers and where to solder the three wires (one red and one brown and one blue)
I think I know but I just want to be absolutely sure.

Anyways, I have a question. I have the same cable that I was going to install on a Phat. Am I correct in assuming that I would only use the red/3V3 wire from the harness to the TX CoolRunner and not the other 2 brown and green wires that are going to pads E & F on the CoolRunner in the pic above since those are only for Slim installs?
