Did you install the drivers? If you did, try pressing the reset button on the NAND-X through the small hole. use a needle or whatever you can fit trough it.

Take a look at this thread for drivers. If it dosn't help, or if you dont understand how to install the drivers, dont hesitate to ask :)

Did you try pressing the reset button like i said? I highly doubt, that it is broken, and if it is, i doubt even more, that its the manufacturers fault.

Btw, this is my #100 post! Yay :D

I see your problem. Between you used it, and you got the error, did anything happen? Did you unplug it, and then reconnected it, and got the error, or did it happen when it was plugged in right after you dumped?

Perhaps, the USB-cable could somehow have been damaged? Try using another one. Im sure you have one lying around your house.

Maybe, you should talk to Xecuter, if you cant find a solution.

I dont think the LEDs are a 100% confirmation, that everything is working, but to be honest, im not even sure what the LEDs indicates.

If you accidently yanked it out, it is possible, that you damaged the usb plug. Try another cable.

The cable is a Mini USB 5-pin type-B cable, if you want the specs. I bet you will find, that you have a cable just like it to connect something else to your computer. Perhaps your camera/videocamera, Mediaplayer or other devices. I have tons of these because they come with so many devices!

Fixed used another cable.
Thankyou so much
Fantastic! That is one lucky guess! :D

This is probably what happened:
when you pulled the cable, either one of the data pins broke off, or somehow, the inner data wires were cut. Because the power part of the cable is still intact, the Nand-X is powered on, and lights up just as before, but you cannot transfer any data, and therefor nothing can recognize it!

Anyways, im glad you got it working! Have fun!:p
