ANSWERED Nand x help

hey guys can someone help me here, i am using windows 7 and i have installed nand x drivers but when i plugg my wires into the nand x it says windows could not recognise the usb so i try to read the nand and it wont work

Make sure you got the latest drivers from the install tutorial section.

oh nevermind i just found out how to do it but it still wont work

no it still hasent worked i am on a 32 bit
