nand x incompatible arm with v3 nand x

I got a nand x v3 about 2 weeks ago and ordered the nandx to coolrunner update cable and while trying to program the coolrunner I keep getting incompatable arm firmware any ideas
if its a version 3 i shouldnt be getting this correct?

It was a v3 when it was shipped so that mean they incorrectly flashed it. I ordered from modchip central.

Im not seeing any version on the box

It would have a sticker saying New V3 Code on it if it was updated, so most likely urs is not.

Dude - I had the same problem. Go download nandpro 3.0

I'm guessing you're still using 2d or something (at least I was).
