nand x issues weird

hey guys wanna say thanks in advance

well i have a nand x i did the led install to and worked fine for months
but recently it kept giving cant find usb device
the drivers are installed right i even have another nand reader and shows up under memory access in the device manager

its not my wiring because i tried it today to do a rgh console and i wired up my nand x first kept telling me cant find usb device

so i chopped the rainbow wires and without moving them i wired it to my other nand reader and using the same usb cable everything the same and the other nand reader worked perfect re tried it with the nand x cant find usb device

other weird thing is itll program a cool runner no problem under jtag tool

also i removed all the leds i installed plus the pwr and where it says yellow led same deal using jtag tool and nandpro 2.0 still says cant find usb device

what can be the issue?
mind you it came with v3 already flashed before it started acting up worked on nandpro 2.0 also

time for a new one?

did you turn on the console with it still attached to the computer? - I've been told by a reseller on my first one that this fries them.

Pics of wireing. I heard a thousand times before that "Its not my wireing" and it ended up being that specific thing. Not doubting your soldering skills but pics will help alot to determine the problem.

if it was the wiring why would the other nand reader work with the same wiring same usb cable same computer same port etc

like i said i even tried re wire the nand x with the same wiring my other nand reader used that worked and still gives me cant find usb device

and yes the power is always plugged in BUT NOT POWERED ON never even by mistake did i ever turn on the power while the nand x was connected if anything id leave the wires installed but remove them from the nand x then powered on doubt that could be the issue

guess it is time for a new one
