NAND-X not detected by windows

I have been unable to get my computer(s) to detect my NAND-X. I don't believe that this is not a drivers issue as none of the computers will detect that it has been plugged in. This is what I've done so far.

1. Connected the NAND-X to different USB ports on three different computers. One Windows XP, one Windows 7 x64 and one Windows 7 x86. None of these computers detect that it has been connected. All of these computers immediately detect my CK3i or X360USB Pro.

2. Tried 3 USB different cables on all 3 of the above mentioned computers. All of these cables are known good and able to work with other TX products. All of these cables work with my CK3i or X360USB Pro on all of my computers.

3. Programmed the NAND-X using a CK3i and TX CK3i to Nand-X Cable following this procedure. http://teamxecuter.entryhost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=78025 After each attempt I tried the previous two steps over with the same results. I've attached screen shots and wiring pictures to demonstrate what I did. I've tried different programming speeds from 2400 to 19200 and all finish succesfully yet the NAND-X is not detected by Windows.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Windows never even detects that it's attached. No LEDs on the NAND-X illuminate when it is plugged in to USB. I have closely inspected the solder joints with an eye loop and they all appear to be good. See the attached screenshot of device mangler. The Bluetooth Peripheral device is unrelated but is the only unknown or not working device. It does not appear in the other two computers either.

I plan to check for power at the pins of the USB connector on the NAND-X and possibly trace it to through the board to verify that it is actually getting power to the ARM micro-controller but will not be doing any invasive testing unless I find something obvious because I will need to return it for one that works if it is defective.

OK, tried this and still not detected. Would it be helpful to erase the entire flash instead of just the blocks used by hex file? Is there a way to reprogram the bootloader?
