Ok I finally got my pin headers installed and I'm ready to dump my nand. I have two lights, one red one yellow and I installed the drivers for the nandpro. Nandpro shows up fine in device manager ( using Windows 7) and I click on nandpro.exe file in folder to start application. Small window pops up for a split second and disappears. Any idea what's going on? I have a zephyr board and just trying to dump the nand and get set up for the RGH.

you need to open a command prompt window easiest to do this is go to the folder with Nandpro.exe then hold down shift then right click your mouse button then select open command window here
then type: nandpro usb: -r16 orig.bin it will begin dumping your nand
then type: nandpro usb: -r16 orig.bin it will begin dumping your nand

Yes that worked thanks dude! Another quick question I don't know what size this is 16mb or whatever. It's a zephyr so what should I go with? Many thanks!

From what i have read that would be a 16mb as i understand only the jasper have the bb nands
make sure to dump atleast 3 times then compare the nand dumps to make sure they match.
name them orig , orig1 and orig2 or what ever you want to name them

Cool but now I got flash controller not detected. So for what I've read I've got to check my soldering again, but that's it for tonight. Thanks dude.:smile:

I had this happen a couple of days ago with the qsb's on mine. I desoldered them and resoldered them and all worked after that.
Good luck and have fun.
Make sure to have the power cable connected to the xbox (but NOT powered on!). Remove the NAND-X before you turn it on as well. Hope that helps.
