You need to add your CPU key into 360 flash tool then open your orig nand it will tell you tour Dvd drive info on the right slow down before you f**k something up

i describe my steps

1) nand readed:
NandPro.exe usb: -r16 nanddump.bin

2) created ecc with 360 MULTIBUILDER

3) flashed ecc:
NandPro.exe usb: +w16 image_00000000.ecc

4) coolrunner programmed NandPro xsvf: trinity1.1.xsvf

5) coolrunner soldered and xbox powered

6) cpukey saved in cpukey.txt and copied in 360MULTIBUILDER\DATA\MY360

7) opened 360 MULTI BUILDER and selected always option 1, it sayed for no fcrt.bin found

8) writed nand created by 360multibuilder:
NandPro.exe usb: -w16 nandflash.bin

In the 8 hrs since your OP, you could've done 6 RGH's or more if you used the new J-Runner app. It's practically foolproof. And they even included the installation pics. It also shows you the dvd key, just spoof it to 0272 firmware and flash your drive with that key.

Friend, thankyou, but with J-runner the problem is the same, game freeze at xbox logo.
My dvd drive have new pcb with erased key, is it bad? I have not original dummy and key

unplug the DVD drive for now. It's not needed for booting into the dashboard.

dashboard is working, but when i launch dvd game, it freeze.

now i patched nand with new dvd drive key and version but problem not solved

Upload your orignal nand dump and CPU key I will build you an image and a dummy for your Dvd drive but you will need to keep your coolrunner installed

rite have you got the orignal dvd drive from the console as its a 9504 i know the pcb is f**ked but have you got the phsyical drive yes or no

I have phisical drive but now i haven't pcb, i gived it to my friend.

Anyway i not know if this is the original dvd drive because this xbox was gived to technician

I flashed your nand and your cfw but problem is the same: dash is working but inserting dvd game it freeze at xbox logo

Dash is working with and without dvd drive. I think is lens problem. I will try with other dvd drive. Thanks for help.
Please can you explain how yow created bummy with my key?
