NAND-X Now or Later

My Xbox 360 Slim Halo 250GB version is on it's way and I hope it's A Trinity it's 10.83A anyway I would like to install a Coolrunner in it and was wondering if I should wait and see if the Nand-x is updated or go-ahead and buy the coolrunner slim bundle and Nand-X, I will also post some Pict's of it and in inside also when I get it if anybody is interested in seeing them.

Unlikely there will be any updates for the NAND-X in the near future. All current stock is v3 which supports the latest version of nandpro.

You could always wait longer until DemoN is released which will eliminate the need for NAND-X as it can be used for reading and writing to the NAND.

Do you think the Coolrunner will be updated or stay the same also?
I know I should wait on the DemoN becouse I do won't one but at the same time I would like to get one up and running

It being a slim I say go ahead and get the coolrunner and get cpukey. That way just if microsoft updates like the last where the cb changed and the people who had cpu key were fine. People who didn't had to wait.

Don't know to be honest. As RGH 2.0 is in the pipeline and so far it has been reported that it's changed almost completely to the original RGH I wouldn't know whether TX will continue to make the old CoolRunner as well as producing a new one for RGH 2.0 or they would just make a completely new product. Only time will tell

Whether to wait or not is entirely up to you.

I'd go ahead and install using whats currently available - people know that if they go down the RGH road that Xbox live is off limits to them, that TX is bringing out DemoN which will allow dual nand and so live + RGH capability is a bonus feature for those who want it, but many people do not use Live at all and have no interest in doing so, therefore waiting for DemoN for the sake of not having to buy a nand-x doesn't really make much sense. Then of course there are alternatives for a dual nand solution, but as this is a TX forum we'll leave it at that.

if you have a glitchable console (which I think you do)go ahead and glitch it while you can.

Why wait for rgh 2 when you dont need it,indeed.I mean we all need it but its not really that vital to most of us who has glitchable consoles.rgh 2 is going to be perfect for those consoles which are not glitchable atm.

sure it will have some good features (maybe it will have a better booting performance or not)

if you look at the other side if you dont get your cpu key now,you will postpone getting a rgh in the meantime you will not be getting all the benefits of the free xbox360 world while waiting for the future updates.You may even lose the ability to glitch the console,cuz nobody gave it much chance that microsoft would be able to impede this RGH method as it was a hardware method,but here they are they have done their magic for now(for now only though!)

I digress,if you ask me go ahead and do it if you dont need dual nand.

Would you recommend getting the X360USB-pro it get my DVD-Key as well or do I need it? also I'm fixing to order the parts, is there anything any of you would recommend to get to make the install easer or better I'm going to get the Coolrunner bundle, Nand-X and slim unlock tool from Xconsoles.com

Nah you wont need a usbpro to get your dvd key because you will obtain that from Xell/Jrunner once you input your cpu key. However if you intend to flash your slim drive then you will require a usbpro to dump your OFW, unlock and write back CFW.... of course a prize benefit of RGH'ing the xbox is the advantage that you will no longer need to trouble yourself with discs, so you could just run games off the hdd for the time being if cash is tight until you can afford the usbpro.

i will do the same u really make a lot sense why do extra when is not necessary lol
