GENERAL nand x speed

i herd that we can speed up the read/write by changeing the baud rate is this true or total bs that i have been told

if we can can someone please share with me i keep searching but i just come up wirth update the nand x to v3 change the baud rate and it updates the nand x fast not the actual read write of the nand
