Nand-x suddenly stopped working

Installed my nand-x today using the qsbs and managed to read 3 back nands with no problems. Then when I was backing up the 4th one it started getting errors and now when I try back it up again I get a "can not continue" error. I was using the new Jtagtool and just tried nandpro and getting the same problem

If you have turned on your console with nand x connected you fried the ARM Chip and hat is not covered under warranty.

If you haven't done that then Nandpro 3 killed your nand x. It happened to me too.

No it read the nand 3 times then on the 4th try it just started getting error's
