Hi guys.
I don't have a CK3i and need to update my Nand-X and was wondering if I can hook up my RS232 5V (PC) to RS232 3.3 (TTL) board I made years ago to re-program the nand-x?
I've used the board for serial console/bootloader access to various routers and for dreamcast hacking back in the day.
Attached is the schematic for the board I have.
I found various pinouts here:

MAX3222 details here:

Is there going to be more to it then just hooking up TX/RX/GND and letting the PC power the nand-x via USB cable?
