I was wondering if anyone has any idea on the warranty given with the nand x?

i purchased my nand x on 25/11/11 and have used it only twice, on the third time of using i just could not read the nand at all.

i tried qsb install direct wire install, alternative ground point on the AV soldered desoldered and cleaned up many times but could not read the nand.

i tried writing the original image back to the nand of my glitched console with QSB's still on from original install with no joy there, was getting "cannot continue" with j-runner and cant remember the error with jtag tool and nandpro3,

in the end i posted the nand x to a fellow tx user just to eleminate the possibility that it could be user error, even though i was pretty certain my soldering was fine, now the member has got back to me stating that the nand x wont read for him either on a board he had ready to test it on but his own works fine on the same mobo,

any info welcome as im still waiting on a reply from the supplier;)

well just a quick update on this thread.

im glad to say that after modtraders replacing my faulty nand x i have just successfully read my nand first time, so its not always post pics of soldering that we see all to often,

thanks blakey for your response in this thread and id also like to say a big thanks to dgenx for double checking the nand x before i got in touch with modtraders:)

also thnx to modtraders for there quick response

thanks for letting us know and keeping us informed on this situation.personally i have never had any tx product quit workin on me (aside from the ones i stepped on cause i leave em layin in the floor). but i know i will be taken care of by someone in the community here.it really is a great place as long as you keep the right attitude.

Its usually the soldering more often than the nand readers themselves. Pics are requested to rule out the chanes of being the soldering. Anyways glad to hear you got it sorted out.
