GENERAL Nandpro Problem HELP HELP HELP

ohk i download nandpro then i manual put the dlportio.dll file in the folder and now it dont pop the error put it just pops up black box then goes away. how do i fix this.?

more info is needed on how you are actually trying to use nandpro.

Hold the Shift key, and Right Click on a blank space inside the nandpro3 folder, then click "Open Command window here".

Thats what i was getting at. If he was doing that or just clicking on the nandpro.exe. To see if he is reading or not
