NandX as Diagnostic tool

Merry Christmas to all.

I was just wondering if it is possible to leave nandx connnected to xbox360 whilst running and use it as a diagnostic device.
Could this be done? (Maybe it is already)
Would this be able to supply useful info to diagnose?

It is not recommended to turn on the xbox while the Nand X is hooked up. Can fry the nand x

Connect a MAX232 device to the Debug output on J2B1 if you want realtime debug.
