nandx issues

i was trying to get some help with a nand x that seems to be faulty ..... i cant get nandpro to read but with the same wires and different nandx it seems to work just fine ..... the one that dont work detects in my pc just fine and wires soldered direct to the points ..... can anyone shed any light oon the situation?
maybe as to what is blown on the nandx so i dont feel completely screwed

Does it show up in device manager?

yes it does ...... everything LOOKS like it works perfect .... just wont read .... detects in windows and everything and all proper lights light up

numerous times yes and even reflashed the 3.0 to it

Tbh I would check soldering one last time then if that fails contact your reseller.

believe me i did and ilike i said it was checked with another nandx that it did work ..... wires are soldered thru the holes

i messed with it for 3 days resoldering and sh*t ...... i even cleaned the holes and filled with new solder and same thing ......... i even had someone else test it for me and say the same thing its the nandx

yeah its not wiring.

its one of the first retail nandx i received.

its been reflashed agian with v3 code
this nandx in another console that works throws the same errors.
the nandx from the other console works fine with the same wiring.

if there is something i can try with the nandx (finding a defective resistor or cap i can try that but im not sure what is failing on the nandx todo that).
