RGH nandx not detected???

this is what nand pro is tekking me in cmd.

looking for usb interface device
can not continue.

help please, just got my stuff in today and the first step is messed up..gees....:confused:
drivers installed correctly, and I did restart. dont know whats wrong????

Make sure your NAND-X isn't connected to your PC.

If using the QSB's, then connect the NAND-X up, plug the ROL/RF module into the motherboard, then the power and then plug the NAND-X into the PC.

If not using the QSB's and you soldered straight to the board, just follow the rest of the above steps.

If it still doesn't work after that, it's likely your soldering, in which case pics would be helpful.
