As stated plug in nandx plug in power cord and it says it cant detect a device and cannot continue. Both lights are on solder is good just previously got 2 good dumps from it unplugged it and plugged it back in and now i get this error ..... im not doing the rgh hack so i didnt have coolrunner plugged in .. what is a quick fix its brand new so is there a reset or something

Is it that pin whole in the top... and do i power it on and push it or do it when its off

You can use a pin or take the top part of the shell off, it's up to you.
You can press the button with the NAND-X connected, it is only a reset button after all

Maybe it will but I think this is a soldering related issue.

Wouldnt it just read bad blocks instead of not reading at all... when i get home tommorrow i will take and post pics

Not necessarily, bad soldering can also result in the flash controller not being detected.
