Not posssible, the hardware just isn't compatible with what it needed to do. You need either USB development board or AT90USBKEY for the PSGroove. The later is available on ebay ...

I can see why this is being asked as there is a guide on another forum to reprogram home made xbox Usb Spi readers/writers to do the job and most people see the nand x as exactly that (after all it does the exact same job even if its built differently) :)
