Nandx qsb problem

Hi if somebody could help I would be very greatful we somehow managed to ruin the solder point and now cant solder the end as in the pic, is there anyway around this I was thinking maybe snap the board and solder to where the trace was headed but wasnt sure about the resistor and what it was, I was kind of hoping it might be the same type we used on my jtag as I have a bag full but wasnt sure if it was the same type of thing it was a long time ago but think they were switching diodes or something like that, thanks in advance

You could cut the board and solder the orange wire direct to the STBY-CLK point, this where things can go wrong very quickly

If the trace on the motherboard is ok, you could solder a wire from the resistor on the qsb, to the resistor on the board.

This is the part where you stop and get someone to do it for you. Preferably someone who can solder.

Hi we did the wires to the board method in the end, and freeboot is running fine on their now thanks for the advice
