Ok guys, I can't get the green light on the CR, I tried a cap after unbridgeing the cap on the CR, I've tried a heavier gauge wire. I've tried wrapping it in foil and electrical tape. Nothing's worked 
I'm making sure it's not anywhere near the area they say to keep wires away from...
